Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Delivery charges based on USPS postage rates. Please contact info@marzisjourney.com for orders of 25 books or more to ensure we have copies in stock.
No Refund Policy & Damaged Products
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If you receive a book or other product that has been damaged, contact info@marzisjourney.com within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. A photo of the damaged product is required in order to be considered for a one-time only replacement at no additional charge. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
